Couch Party
- What do I need to play?
- An Apple TV, iPhone or iPad. On Apple TV you play with the Siri Remote on the big screen. Either way, gather a group in the same room and play together.
- Do I need an account or an internet connection?
- No. The games don't need an account and work fully offline.
- How do I get a refund?
- Apple handles purchases and refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you used for the purchase.
- The app isn't working. What should I do?
- Try closing and reopening the app, or restarting your device. If it still doesn't work, email support@nelsonconsultants.com with your device model and what you saw, and we'll help.

Level Pitch
- How do I get started?
- Level Pitch runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later. Add players on the Roster tab and mark who is available. On the Game tab, tap players onto the field, then press Start. To substitute, tap the player coming on and the player coming off. No account or internet connection is required.
- Why do the two clocks show different times?
- The large clock measures playing time and stops when you pause, so halftime and stoppages don't count toward player minutes. The smaller clock tracks elapsed time since kickoff, including breaks. After a pause, it will show more time than the playing clock.
- How are substitutions suggested?
- Each available player's fair share is the total playing time handed out so far divided by the number of available players. Suggestions pair the most-played player on the field with the least-played player on the bench once the gap passes the threshold in Settings. Open the information button on the Game tab to see suggestions and everyone's minutes.
- How do I share or back up a team?
- In Settings > Teams, swipe a team right or long-press it and choose Share. Send the .levelpitch file by AirDrop, Messages or Mail, or use Save to Files for a backup. On the receiving device, open the file in Level Pitch and confirm the import. It's added as a new team without replacing existing teams. Both devices keep independent copies; this is not live sync.
- Will an app update erase my season?
- Updating the app keeps its saved data. Deleting the app removes its local roster and history; offloading keeps the data. Level Pitch has no built-in cloud backup or sync. Device backups depend on your Apple settings, so export your teams with Save to Files to keep your own copy.
- Why do a player's minutes look wrong?
- Playing time accrues only while the game clock is running and the player is on the field. Check availability on the Roster tab: players marked unavailable are left out of the playing-time calculations. Pause at halftime, and use Log Game before starting a new game to keep the result in History.
